"Got to location and there was a 20 min wait with open tables. Got seated and order all my food at moment that the came to ask for my drinks. I got my drinks 30 min later my salad 20 min later my sons burger mind you my appetizers did not even got there. My wings were not even what i order. Had to remind them my appetizers. Got my sons mac and cheese 40 min later. And my appetizers arrived at the time i ask for a box. Ask for my bill when i as for the to go box and still waited 20 min for them to bring it. This location is just a big mess wont go back EVER"
"Came during happy hour. Wasn't too busy. They do have some decent deals from 3pm to 6pm. Got the tots and onion rings. My favorite sauce would be the jammin jalapeño."
"Worst customer service ever. They don't pick up the garbage. We placed it on a different table because it in the way but then a bus girl tells us we have to keep it because they need to seat people. She didn't even take the garbage plate with her. I've worked as a server for 5+ years. This is serving 101. When you bring the food out or check on the table, you need to pick up the garbage not tell us to keep it."
"Food is pretty good. Great sauce and side options. Our server Santana was very nice. Kitchen was very slow. It took close to 30 mins to get 2 orders and a side. The place is not well maintained. Floors are sticky."
