"Not a clean table in sight! I don’t understand what the problem is with employees not cleaning this place. This is just the tables, but I wish I could’ve taken a picture of the overflowing garbage cans, the filthy soda stations, trashed bathrooms with no hand soap or toilet paper, the list is never-ending. This place is so filthy and disorganized, and what’s worse, is that the employees and management don’t seem to care."

"Went there after the gym to get some food. Ordered my bowl and saw the weak serving. I told the people that what they gave me cannot be a serving of chicken and they justified it with the spoon. I saw other people’s bowls and they got way more. Went home and weighed the chicken and was under 3 oz. Pathetic. How can you offer someone to pay for a double scoop of the first scoop for the price is already to high. Consumers falling for this gouging by businesses is why we have “inflation”. Buying from here is throwing your money down the drain."

"Make sure to stop by if you want a bug in your Chipotle! While eating we found a bug in our meal. When taken back to the restaurant the manager addressed it as “just a moth” after we originally thought it was another bug BUT “it’s just a moth” so that should make it okay. Not only was it “just a moth” but the manager kept snarkily asking “you were eating at home right?” As if insect wasn’t obviously cook and deep in the food. We asked for a refund for our whole meal that was all brought back because who is going to eat bug infested food? The refund refused and only for the one bowl. Not only was it not resolved/ refunded we watched their supervisor that originally came up to us and employees in the back giggling over the bowl. Chipotle customer service was suppose to “reach out in 24 hours” from the report that was “filed” which they haven’t, followed by trying to call customer service 3 times waiting on hold 50 minutes and only 1 of 3 times the phone being picked up and only being told they’re just sorry for the managers service. Safe to say customers lost."

"For as much as I paid this is the portion I got… I’m not one to try and get anyone in trouble so I’m going to leave out names but cmon. I got 2 bowls, both with similar small portions. Both with rice, beans, protein, and toppings, didn’t ask for half portions. I couldn’t get a picture of my partners bc they didn’t want to complain but I have the receipt and this is ridiculous. The only good part was the cashier, she was nice."
