"Sat March 2nd 7pm and the lobby is closed, I waited over 20 minutes at the drive thru with only one car in front of me. This is ridiculous."
"Rudest employees and management ever I will never go to this location again. Ordering with the app does not work for any kind of deals. I was supposed to get a free whopper with my order and I did not. When I complained to the manager on duty I was told that there is nothing they can do. The employees at this location all need to be replaced."
"I've visited this location going through the drive-thru twice within a week, and I have been very happy with my orders! Fresh, hot fries and tasty burgers. I hope I'm not just getting lucky, but I still thought I would leave a positive review for them because I was pleasantly surprised with my experience!"
"It's hit or miss. Some days you can go and receive amazing service, others you go and you're lucky if anyone greets you. Same with ordering, sometimes your order will be right and others it won't. When it isn't right they don't like to fix it without giving serious attitude. The place is well worn. The speaker box outside is broken, the screen doesn't work, the menu board is old and very ratty looking. The building needs work, the first drive thru window is where everyone drops their stuff so you can see everything, purses, bags, coats. It needs a face-lift and some money put into it to bring the dated building and service back to life."
"Update: So i tried mozzarella sticks but it just tasted like old moldy cheese even after it was fried. Maybe it was an old bag or something, hope thats not how they're supposed to taste. It took awhile to get that taste out from eating one and threw away the rest. The burger and onion rings were ok. OLD Review:Fast food so you dont expect something great. Havent had BK in 3 years and its ok still ever since they changed their fries i hardly eat here. But for quick and easy its good."
