"As a long-time fan, it brings me no joy to say this. We are witnessing the agonizing death of a Chicago icon. Corporate greed, shrinkflation and over-expansion are destroying another formerly family-owned brand. I think I've eaten my last disappointing beef from Portillo's. RIP. PS. they also got my order wrong...twice!"
"Couldn’t leave until I had my sammich last night! Easy dip Italian beef sweet peppers. Normally best with hot peppers and heavy dipped but grabbed it to go. This location was not as busy, the drive thru accommodates plenty of cars and so does the parking lot."
"Super delicious. Wife loved her Italian beef. Said it was the best she ever had. She used to like Philly cheese steak till she eat here. One of the host went out of his way to make it her best. Thank you"
