"My wife took my 2020 GMC Denali Hd in for a service and tire rotation. She was asked if she would like Schmidt to change the air filter. She was shown a dirty air filter with leaves hanging from it. I told her no I would take care of it. I recently changed the air filter prior to our appointment. Filter was still at 80 percent accordingto when it was reset during the prior replacement. I took the filter out and there was still dirt around intake cover where you could tell the filter was not removed. After I pulled the filter out and showed it to my wife she stated that was not the same filter she was shown. Filter was still clean. My concern is I brought in a 80000 dollar vehicle in to be serviced, what kind of quality care am I really receiving."

"When I called I was told they’d be able to do a service for me, once I got there the lady who helped me was extremely rude to me and told me nobody said anything to her about it and that they weren’t going to do anything for me. I am highly dissatisfied with the lack of communication and the treatment of customer service that I received."
