"My Portillo's experience was marred by an unacceptable 25-minute wait in the drive-through, with no staff present and a cashless system that didn't expedite the process. Despite efforts to notify management about several parked cars not receiving any service, there seemed to be a lack of concern. Disappointing service overall."

"This location is getting progressively worse. I had stopped coming to this location because of messed up orders but today took the cake. They got my order right but my sausage was raw. Nothing more disgusting than biting into raw sausage."

"You go here expecting the drive thru or inside wait time for food might be a minute because it’s always busy and serves the best Chicago-styled hotdogs. It’s a great food spot with lots of options for everyone."

"I’m visiting from out of town and have never heard of Portillo’s. I’m glad we decided to stop in. It has a cool retro diner vibe and the employees are very friendly. When they call your order they put a cool spin on it like “Don’t be late for order 188!” The chopped salad, fries, chili cheese dog, and shake were very tasty. Next time I visit I’ll try the Italian beef or flamed broiled cheeseburger. They both looked delicious. Definitely a cool place to visit."

"Don’t let the location fool you. Once you step in you are back in the 1950s. Love the 50s retro vibe. Had great service. Came in with my disabled dad. The cashier was friendly and patient. She was very helpful with our order. This location is melting pot you see every ethnicity come in for some grub. I love that. Plenty of seating. They have booths, stools and table seating."
