"The business operates in corruption just like anything else in this town (Eagle Pass)...starting with one of the owners/managers-Marilu Perez (or Esparza). I gave the clerk an address in San Antonio where the driver is to pick me up. I called a relative in Eagle Pass ,who was waiting for me, to pay the company the fee plus the written address on paper where I was to be picked up. Well it turned out they where not able to find the address and I found out by calling the clerk that Marilu decided to cancel the pickup and they turned around to find another customer much easier to find. Marilu knew the fee had been paid but figured she should keep the money just because they could not find the address. I was never able to go home and I had to call their competitor in Eage Pass the next day."
