"Was just there and order a #13, the girl that was there working the Night Shift didn’t add the avocado which I was charged $1.10 and also git charged for a whole pickle $1.69 and was not in my order!! Horrible costumer service since we walked in!"

"I downloaded the Jimmy John's app, and placed an order on my way back from work. I got there to pick up my husband's sandwich and mine and the girl gave me attitude saying that is wasn't ready. I had to wait 20 minutes so our sandwiches were ready. Once I got home, my husband noticed our sandwiches weren't done the way we asked. I called the store talked to the manager on duty. He apologized for the inconvenience and refunded one of the sandwiches. I went another day, and turns out that he refunded our sandwich and on top of that he gave us a free sandwich, which was a store credit of $7.25 (including the delivery fee). Super nice of him! It was a simple mistake and he went above and beyond. Thanks Jimmy John's definitely coming back."
