"I enjoy Subway sandwiches, but this particular location stands out for the wrong reasons. The owner, who also works at the restaurant, unfortunately has poor customer service skills. During my visit, he was rude, and my sandwich ended up with an excessive amount of salt. Despite my request, he refused to replace it, so I left without eating."

"If you know what is good for you, please, do NOT buy from this sub way store! This owner, this guy is angry and thinks because he has a sign hanging up in restaurant, he can actually control you, especially if you are a strong woman, with a voice! He said that he is the manager, therefore and obviously this guy felt like he can actually tell me how to speak! Absolute non sense! First, I know that customer service, above all is most important! too bad this guy is going lose business due impart to his inability to show case good customer service. Then, he tells me to get out, only after presuming that I some how reside on the quote: South side of Chicago.
