"I came in for my free sandwich reward at Orland Park because I would thought it be closer and more convenient and unfortunately it was not because they gave me less meat and they took forever to make a sandwich. I like going to Lennox because they always take care of their custom customers. I’m sorry this one does not only seem overwhelmed and untrained."

"I like this place for a quick lunch. I usually get the pick 2 combo and choose half sandwich and half soup combo. You get in line and it can be long and slow sometimes and you tell the person what kind of sandwich you want, choose your sandwich toppings, and if you want it toasted. The soup selection varies but my favorites are broccoli cheddar and vegetable soup. I usually get the half turkey and Swiss sandwich, and they have good pre packed cookies to choose from by the cash register if you want something sweet. Drinks are self serve. I've gotten a grilled chicken Mediterranean salad before and it's good too. This is one of my fave sandwich shops bc it offers soups and salads too. The only thing is the service could be a tad faster."

"We stopped by Monday 10/23 about 8pm. Neither my husband or son had been to a Potbelly before. The two associates working were patient and worked really well together. The three sandwiches were made exactly as requested and were so good. The meatball sandwich was great, the sauce on the meatballs had a wonderful flavor. I had the smokehouse beef sandwich yummm the horseradish was there but did not overpower the other flavors. Perfect toasting made a plain ham and cheese very good."
