"I usually go to this location and I'm usually satisfied. But this time was different. The kids they have working there looked dumb founded. Only one kid had customer service skills. The service was slow for it being Jimmy John's. I ordered to ho but when I got home, our sandwiches were horrible. They used old lettuce that looked brown. They only put 3 small tomatoes that were the edge of the tomato. And my chicken Caesars wrap had more croutons than chicken. I hope the owner looks into better training for his employees and upgrades the food to be more fresh."
