I did get ahold of corporate and let them know how wrong it was spending 30 to 40 dollars...anyway. hopefully I will be watching closely...and right now hasn't happened again. In this day and age being on a low fixed income everything counts."

"The employees and manager are great they are very professional and kind. They take pride in their customers and I absolutely love that. I will drive clear across town just to go to Casey’s they give a warm welcome when you walk in And are not rude . The team there is awesome!"

"I love Casey's pizza although I will never order another one from Sparta Caseys. I am not downing all Casey's, but I have to tell you that I had two bad experiences at the Sparta location. The first one, I just bit the bullet and threw the pizza away. I could have put it in the oven and baked it myself, but I shouldn't have to do that, it wasn't done. Doughy and stuck to the box.I thought something was up when I saw the lady who was making the pizzas, poking her finger in it trying to feel if it was hot. She was having trouble cutting it because the dough was still wet.The second one that I ordered was a large supreme with extra cheese and mushrooms. When I got it home it was a thin pepperoni pizza. I took it back and was nice and let them know that this is not the pizza that I ordered. Danielle, and the young lady that made it ,tried to convince me that the pepperoni pizza that laid before us, was a supreme. They didn't try to make it right and they wasn't going to refund my money until I told them to call the police because I am not paying for this. They finally gave my money back. All I wanted is what I paid for. They were very disrespectful and giggling. I will never step foot in Sparta Illinois Casey's again because I tried to call the manager, Nicholas Murray. He said that he would look into it, but the kids are still running wild when he's not there. It's a loss, and I am sorry for the honest people who work there."
