"Made a reservation for 5:30pm, at 6:30 we requested our food to-go because we still hadn’t received our order, at 7:00 we asked if our food had even been started, it had not. We were advised at that time that the kitchen was short staffed. I feel we should have been told when we were sat that there may be a significant delay so we could decided if we wanted to stay. We had our 5 year old and 5 month old with us, if 0 stars was an option I would choose that. Worst hooters experience ever!"

"I was in Saturday around 930pm a group of 6 . We got sat down to a table and 15 min past all the workers pass by ignoring us. No one came to our table to take our order so after 20 min sitting with awful service no one around “supposedly “. We decided to leave when we did one work said thank you have a good night ? Like come on you saw us sit there without being attended !!."

"Fine location. Feels kind of redundant with O’Hare and Schaumburg nearby. This is kind of a “bonus” location, kind of like Countryside is to Orland Park."

"Service was slow. The food was good. We really enjoyed the Daytona wings."

"Service was terrible. Food came extremely late and wasn't fresh by the time we got it. Daytona wings were the worst because they didnt make them right. All the sauces were extremely thick and the wings were really small. Our waitress "Candy" wouldn't stop twisting up her face at me anytime she came to our table. Anything we needed we had to ask multiple different workers. My onions rings look and taste like they came from the bottom of old burnt grease. I shouldn't of tipped or took the food but we were starving and got to go boxes immediately and left. They even held us up on leaving with not giving to go cups and collecting the check.
