"Seek out another Thai restaurant. Neither dish that I ordered came as ordered. In addition, the spice level was very off (ordered spicy, came with none) The Pad Thai was downright unappetizing: bland, just noodles, 3 pieces of protein. The little lime wedge on the side did little to redeem the dish. Very disappointed. If this chef would like some constructive comments for the Pad Thai: use more salt, citrus, tamarind, scallions and chilis. Include more than 3-4 pieces of protein and use less oil. "Rude person taking our phone order. We asked for our total but he is like "I'm not stealing money " . That's not the point but we just asked a simple question. Plus our order was wrong. The chicken had a strange smell. Not ever going back there again."

"I've ordered carryout from Simply Thai countless times since they opened. Today was my worst and last experience. I ordered online. I arrived 15 minutes after opening but they were closed. Employees ignored my knocking for several minutes. When the owner arrived he was put out that I was frustrated with them not being open. He proceeded to tell me I was wrong. I said to keep my $20 and that is was last of my money he would see. He followed me to my car and grabbed my door when I tried to close it. Shameful example of customer service. I will never go back. Edit after reply - I work less than a mile away. For years, I have placed orders and immediately left to pick up my food. My orders were always ready within a couple of minutes of my arrival. Today, you opened late, your employees ignored my knocking, when they finally came to the door they said they didn't have any orders, and you said it was my mistake. Then, you followed me to my car and grabbed my door to keep me from leaving. You're lucky I did not take defensive action or call the police. You should seek psychiatric help and anyone ordering from you should be on guard to protect themselves."

"Bought 3 orders of Mango Sticky rice today and it was a disappointment!!! Sticky rice is nothing but dry rice!!! Mango so sour not ripe!!! And didn't give any coconut milk that normally comes with it!!! Do not buy here..not authentic Thai food!!!"

"Start with a positive: lady at the counter was helpful on menu selections but forgot to mention prices don't match paper menu or those on the board - no explanation but just charged more than advertised. Asked for extra spicy Drunken noodles with Chicken and received blend food with under cooked chicken. You see the spices they threw on top. Very disappointed! UPDATE: After owner response, I am even more convinced not to every visit this place. Using 12 years old menu and NOT informing customers of price change goes beyond just bad experience, it is just business in bad faith. Invest in updated menu OR train your staff in communicating the right price BEFORE charging! Oh, while you are at it, look into food preparation as well as owner did not even acknowledge the food issue."
