"I had a jumbo Chicago dog delivered to a hotel just up the way. The hotdog was so delicious and the cake shake is one of the most cake filled shakes I have tired. I will probably order one or two more hot dogs before I leave Chicago"

"I read other reviews and was a little worried that there would be an issue with the Italian Beef. I decided to DD it anyway and the Italian Beef Sandwich was perfect. Dipped. Hot peppers. Mozzarella. The fries were still hot upon delivery. This location is obviously listening to the people."

"Wish I had read the reviews. We normally go to the Niles location and will never make the mistake of going to the Rosemont location again. Placed an online order for a cake 5 days ago. Waited in line for 15 minutes while employees just walked by me. One finally came out and was like what are you waiting for. She was beyond rude and then had her more rude male manager come out and ask me again for my name again after I had already given it 4 times. Apparently picking up at 4:15 for a 4pm order was confusing even after I told them it was an order for 4pm. The employees were inside just talking about me for being irritated. A bright side I did call customer service and they were nice. Save your time. Don’t bother with this location."

"This is not to knock the employees that all seemed great. But if you order a salad with extra dressing and you still have this much left when you run out there is an issue. I would love to see someone make this into an eatable salad with just one dressing! This is silly and it’s all locations."
