"The worst chipotle in the Chicago area I’ve placed multiple online and in person orders, and they’re always bad. Guac is often brown, portions are tiny. Fajita veggies are cooked for approximately 5 seconds and are crunchy and raw. They mess up the online order, or forget an item at least 30% of the time. Me and my wife are vegetarian, and there is often a big hunk of meat in our burritos and bowls. Just don’t."

"I usually don’t take the time to write a review, but location changed so much lately in a negative way. I arrived at 8:30pm and the doors were locked. The customer inside the store had to walk to open the door for me. My second complaint for this location is there kids that were there are just honestly straight up lazy. Instead of taking orders they’re cleaning machines and not even asking for what you’d like to eat. Horrible customer service, young and careless people working here and just a disappointment overall. Y’all don’t even deserve a 4 star rating, maybe a 3."
