"yesterday, sept 2, was my first and last time i visited this wingstop. Stepped into the place, cashier was in her phone, no greeting, no smile, nothing. silenced until i started ordering, i was automatically cut off with “name?”. i continued to order. i sat at a table. i ordered a small second order… i waited a while because the cashier paid no attention to me while she scrolled on her phone laughing. my order was not correct. she gave the table behind me, a tray, utensils, etc. when my food came out… it was in a togo bag as if i wasn’t obviously eating there. wrong order, assuming because she was on her phone distracted. no apology. most disrespectful, unprofessional wingstop i’ve visited it. they don’t treat all customers equal. saddest environment. i had to clean the table myself, because it was dirty and the establishment wasn’t busy at all for them to have an excuse."

"First time ever coming to this place and the service was just terrible. My brother ordered his food and did a pause in that pause the cashier turned around to have a conversation with her co-worker where they were talking ghetto. My brother told her he wanted more stuff so she continued on taking his order but was just rude. When I did my order the guy who helped me was just ugh. He was leaning on the register while taking my order and he wouldn't even let me finish talking. He would just cut me off. Like 4 people went in after us and they weren't acknowledged at all. The cashiers just kept on having their conversations like if they weren't on the clock. Our ordered took at least 25 minutes to get prepared."
