"What a terrible place, no wonder it was half empty. They had the radio playing with ads. Who does that anymore? The burger options don't include medium rare. I've never been to a place that won't do medium rare, which is alarming regarding safety. The burger is fine, and they did add pickles at my request. Fries were also fine. Coffee is on their menu but they don't have it, at 1pm. Service was prompt and friendly."

"Closed an hour earlier than posted time on the wall, 8 pm instead of 9 pm . The staff said their manager from the ICE restaurant at same terminal told them to close early. Two gates full of people and nobody can buy anything. Poor management, staff said they are happy to go home early."

"Worst food in the last two years. Fish and chips were out of a box and not fully cooked so the middle was still Frozen and smelled bad. The odor was horrible. Goodness, I am usually over-complimentary but it was absolutely horrible. I heard the couple at the next table explain that they got the order wrong, but in typical Midwest style they insisted it was “all right don’t worry about us” and the wine was absolutely- err umm - not good. My bad for ordering wine at a brewery but it was on the menu. So the waitress was kind, and offered me a glass of water. Which came out like pool water - super chlorinated and not drinkable. My stomach hurts and I spent $70 on a meal I cannot eat. Management; are you Listening. No. Of course you aren’t. This is the most disgusting place I have frequented in many years."

"Would you like some burger with those fries? Yep this is a typical quick bar food stall at the airport, Terminal 3 concourse L across from the all gender toilet, can't miss it. It is towards the back of the concourse but the concourse is short so it is not a bad walk. The food is mediocre, soggy fries and small portions. Actually I heard the lady next to me requested for crispier fries, the server said $2.99 extra lol I had the fish and chips and according to the previously posted pictures, it should be 3 PCs of hand battered cod fillets, but I got 2 PCs of the triangle bricks straight out of the frozen box aisle. Nice way to cut cost on a $16.50 item. The pull pork burger my colleague ordered reminded me of the sloppy joes served in my middle school. The wings were ok. One good thing, the service from Aleksand was phenomenal. She was handling over 10 bills at once and never once she has left her customer waiting. She even has a little sense of humor amidst all of the chaos with people coming and going in a hurry. She definitely deserves a 5 star."
