McDonald's Chicago, IL 60666

"Ordered a cheeseburger with no bun and no lettuce (doesn't come with lettuce) as I have an allergy to it. They put lettuce on the burger, when I returned it they said 'it's their policy to add lettuce if you order no bun' regardless of if you stated otherwise or if it will kill you. I then asked why they didn't add a Lexus to it even though I didn't ask for it and it doesn't come with it. They said my attitude was not wanted and to leave without reimbursement or fixing the order"

"This was the absolute worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had!! I asked for fresh cookies and the manager snatched the cookies from the girl at the front and go take them and heat them up!! I always order cookies so I know it doesn’t take 20 seconds to bake fresh cookies. All of the workers were so rude and I’ve never been treated in such a rude manner the way they treated me. Instead of baking me fresh cookies they asked if I wanted a refund! If people are going to act in such a horrible manner then they don’t need to be there!! If you don’t like your job then go home!! It’s nobody else fault that you hate where you work!!!!"

"Ordered a LARGE fry to share and this is what I got. I told them this is not a large fry they said they just switched to using paper bags but its same amount of fries LOL. Paid $6 for this."

"Over all, the place was good. Thought the workers were pretty slow. Maybe they had a long day. I ordered with my mobile app so my order didn’t take too long. The fries were nice and hot and have good flavor. Easy to find this location in the middle of terminal 3."
