"Excellent Salmon, Broccoli and rice dish. Like everything at the airports a bit pricier than a regular chilis but its worth it. Im at O'hare often and every chance I get I'm buying this. Darlene is my favorite of the gals there, very professional but she's a no nonsense ol'school lady that tells it like it is. Beware if your a softy, a new generation kind of person, she might make you cry. I've eaten at nearly all the restaurants at this airport and this is by far the best deal around. Mushroom swiss is my second favorite. Safe travels."

"The food was standard Chili's. I just got an appetizer trio platter, and it was what I expected, a little cold. The service felt like they were kinda busy doing not much and customers were an afterthought. Though the guy bussing tables seemed to be on top of things."

Quick service from the staff and good food from the kitchen. If you're looking for a place to get food and drinks when you're waiting for your next flight at ORD Chicago O'Hare airport, and you're near the H and K terminals, this may be a good place for you!"

"SERVER DARLENE GIVE SO MUCH ATTITUDE FOR NO REASON. SHE SHOULDNT BE WORKING AT A CUSTOMER SERVICE PLACE. HER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY BAD. ASKED HER A GENUINE QUESTION AND SHE SAID I HAVE TO USE MY BRAIN AND COMMON SENSE."
