Chipotle Mexican Grill

"They had over an hour before close and they had the chairs on tables, drink/utensils station broken down, half of the food items were out including chips, and the staff would only say the bare minimum to you. I understand working in fast food is not fun but didn't see any sign of a real effort or management."

"I ordered from this chipotle on the app. I paid for guac and didn’t get it. They also only filled my side of queso halfway up in the cup. No point in using the app they always mess something up. Go in person or they’ll steal from you and get away with it."

She always seem to be moving, She doesn’t hesitate to tells me about upgrading and saving and also new foods or spices she’s always smiling and it seems to me that she is there 7 days a week lol, La-La gives exceptional service best manager ever thanks La-La for the great service you and your team deliver we appreciate you over here at the Sheridan……."

"Was excited to try the carne asada. The meat was dried out, not hot, not very tender like they claim, and like always they were very shady with the meat. In just a few bites and I was done with the meat. As pricey as these bowls are you expect to get what you pay. Very disappointing to say the least. On picture below I have most of my bowl, with no meat."

"$14.60 for a burrito bowl is quite the wallet opener...It was good food, fast, the employees were pleasant and the place looked clean... There was no guacamole available on this visit per large note attached to ordering display... I eat a lot of Spanish food and the price comparison is a bit crazy...I don't know if I would make this a regular in my rotation when there are many more restaurants that value the dollar for their consumer..."
