"Hi. I went to this location yesterday. When I got there I was very impressed with their outside decorations and heated domes. When I went inside I asked a worker if we can just sit inside the domes, he said yes. Then some lady comes in saying that everyone’s sitting in these domes but she paid $100 to sit in there. So I’m wondering if they were pocketing the money. Anyway, as they’re making my ice cream they bring it into the back for a concerning amount of time? Finally they bring it up to me, and my ice cream was in 2 separate containers. I didn’t complain, I just went outside and met my cousin in the dome. 5 minutes later, a worker comes up to us and kicks us out of the dome, we ask why and he says it’s $100 to reserve it. $100 to sit in a heated piece of plastic? Okay. So, we finish our ice cream inside and communicate with the worker that told us we could just sit in there and he says, actually it’s $160. There must be a lack of communication at this location. I’m extremely disappointed in their service, prices, and just my overall experience. I will not return and I will be sure to share my experience with my friends and family because this was ridiculous."

"It was dirty and they messed up by not putting Whipped Cream on my Sundae. Also when I got My Iced Cream, which was one flavor, there was a little bit of another flavor in it. I don't think the Staff rinses the scoops between different scoops. I like My Ice Cream places to be Plush instead of Iron... Lol!"

"I found Creamery on the side of the road. It has five cement tables outside on a large patio. They also have several ice cream flavors and a typical menu of hamburgers hot dogs and fries. I ordered a bacon cheese burger with no tomatoes and fries. The food was average not as good as Au Cheval in Chicago but also more affordable. Great place for families and kids. All the soft drinks are from a machine. My only suggestion is to have bottled drinks alternatives."

"I have a love/hate relationship with this place. I have pretty good memories here and lately Ive been pretty disappointed. I came here a few weeks ago and I saw one of the servers put her shoe on the counter to tie her laces…on the same counter they scoop and serve ice cream…I told her to clean the counter and she promptly did. The other day they messed up my order and they redid it and the ice cream and toppings were spilling out the sides and it got all over my car. It really sucks because their cookie dough is fantastic and I like the location and space-its always packed and filled will families and friends!"

"We tried the Apple Cinnamon Sundae, Banana Split, Mint Chocolate chip shake and Nachos w cheese. Ice cream was very good. The pin banana split was ok, I've had better. The pineapple in it was sour. We didn't like the nachos."
