Wingstop

"Had a gift card for WingStop. After 3 minutes of the employee pressing buttons on the cash register, I was told he can't figure out how to ring up my gift card and if I can just pay with cash. I declined, I didn't want to spend my own money when I had a gift card. After another 3-4 painful minutes of button pressing, he ended up charging my credit card for the full amount and giving me cash for what was on the gift card."

"LOVE LOVE LOVE, I had a very good experience here. The chicken was crispy and the fries were well seasoned. The costumer service was phenomenal and the food came very quickly. overall five stars. The bots saying that it’s bad are fake."

"Constantly have issues ordering online, only at this location! Im told i cant have certain amount of flavors even when online its doable. I end up paying double for something thats half of that online just because i can never get it to work online AND i cant have the flavors i want on a 30piece meal. I live around the corner and i come here out of convenience but this is insane."

"I've been here a handful of times and the food is pretty good. But their service is horrible. Every time I place an order ahead of time it still takes a long time to be finished. The website says it should be ready in about 15 min. I get there 15min after I placed the order and the guy working there says it it'll be 3 minutes. But it always ends up being about 15 more minutes. The guy seems to be the only employee working while the person I'm assuming is the manager just hangs out in the back or walks around aimlessly. Now the guy actually preparing the food is one the slowest food workers I have ever seen. I've worked in plenty of fast casual places and he is in my bottom %10 of productive workers. I feel bad for him kind of but you'd think he'd get a little better after a while. But it's not his fault the manager just leaves every order to him."

"I don't know exactly where to begin... let me start by saying I love Wingstop and their wings FROM OTHER LOCATIONS. This place is absolutely horrible. There was one employee taking my order and starting to prepare it, he smelled like TERRIBLE body odor. The whole time i watched him he kept pulling his pants up basically sticking his thumb by his butt. While the other employee was outside smoking a cigarette. When the other employee was done smoking he returned to quickly finish my order, at which point I no longer wanted, while the other employee started to eat some wings. Not once did I see either of them wash their hands. Neither of them wearing proper attire rather in street clothes. Meanwhile, they have random friends walking in and out of the kitchen, backdoor and entrance. This place truly is disgusting."
