"This location is run by kids…prep area was a huge mess, the kid preparing my order had the WORST attitude problem just cause I asked for extra rice on an item in my order, then proceeds to take a gigantic spoonful of rice and threw it on my sons burrito(3 times the size of the actual spoon) management needs to get a grip on this location. Elmhursts chipotle would NEVER."
"I don’t mind paying the higher prices but stop skimping and giving poor quality! The steak has fat in it. You get one small spoonful that isn’t even full. The queso cheese had flour in it, it was so thick. The staff is NOT happy and you can tell. I have been there 3 times in the last 2 weeks thinking it would be better, it wasn’t. It used to be great there, not anymore. What a shame"
"They skimp on the portions and the manager seems to encourage this. I asked for extra cheese and he saw the employee give me extra cheese gave him a dirty look. And the employee has to say she asked for extra cheese. $12 for a bowl that is half full"
"I ordered 3 burrito bowls and all of them were skimpy and pathetic. However I didn’t get the worst of it, the guy behind got one small scoop of rice and I almost couldn’t hold my laughter. This is seriously pathetic for $35. I expect more chipotle"
