"It's a subway. Some clean tables some dirty tables. Food and service were good. Still dropped $35 for 2 adults and a child."

"One employee very friendly the other terrible. She ignored me speaking another language 85% of the time, which I'm actually fine with because when she did talk to me it was not a great experience. The one that got frustrated with me asking for the sauce on the side (sandwich not for me) said there's already sauce on there I said yea but it's not for me so I just want to be safe. Then she talked to the lady in another language telling her to only give me a little so I left with a side of sauce that was MAYBE 2 teaspoons. The lady who was rude was just putting new ingredients on top of old when I was there as well not switching containers or moving so first in first out. So if you get sick after eating here odds are that's why. I will not return to this location. The one on buffalo grove rd provides way better service and I know they date food properly."

"This Subway refuses to honor its own promotions. I have been turned down with the Stevenson High School Patriot Savings Card prior. Today, I presented the corporate Subway coupon that came in the mail. They said they don't take it and as proof asked me to scan it where the price did not adjust. After an exchange, it turned out the cashier rang up an order that did not match our order which was the same as the coupon. Once they corrected that, of course the coupon took. But this was after 3 scan attempts and having to make my case. Go somewhere else where they don't short-change the customer because they don't value your business here, and don't care to get it right unless you are very persistent. Last time going to this Subway; there are better locations in the neighborhood."
