"i had a good time while here, service was good but they stay really busy. unfortunately the balls in our lane got stuck and it took a while for them to fix. they did have an event after so i understand they were busy preparing for that."

"Even though the main reason I come here is for their bocce courts (paid for by the hour), the food is pretty solid and their cocktails are great. The private event spaces upstairs are ideal for hosting parties and come with a personal bar. A night or evening here is pricey but a fun time, I'd recommend Pinstripes for couples or after work meetups."

"I think the establishment is beautiful and the staff is nice, but I think they’re also overworked. I stopped in with my two children, my aunt & cousin arrived a few minutes before me and when I set at my table I set there for almost 15 minutes before someone came to greet me. Then they took the drink order saying our waiter would be over, but no one showed up. The lady finally came back with drinks and we sat for another 20 minutes. A larger party of about 20 plus came in and they were assigned about 5 waiters including the one that was working my table. I had to request for the wait bread for the table, I saw it brought out immediately for the larger party. I had to request my children’s appetizer that came along with their children’s meal. The food was okay, it tasted as if it set there for a minute to be brought out. The ceiling was also leaking on me and I told the wait staff she saw it and said hold on, by time she came back they were bringing out the food and I told her it’s too much now to move, again I had my two children with me. I still tipped $10 because I understand working in the restaurant industry, but it would’ve been more had my service been better. Again, they were nice but it was extremely chaotic. I don’t know who would get the tip because it was a few people flying past my table who would I guess say something after they saw me sitting there just looking around. I don’t know if it’s worth coming back if this is how service is."
