"To date this is definitely the best Indian food we ever had. We were celebrating my daughter in law's birthday and she wanted Indian food. The food outstanding!!! The service was impeccable. "The food was pretty awful because of how mild the spices were. The menus are not labeled with vegan or gluten-free options, but vegetarian options are listed. The only thing I liked was the tamarind chutney. Service was incredibly slow as there were only 2 waiters for all the tables in the restaurant. Music was unnecessary, loud, and overwhelming. The interior had tables crammed super close to each other. Not a place I'd willingly return to."

"Came here with family visiting from out of town. The restaurant had a nice ambiance with beautiful, cultural decorations. We started off with cauliflower pakora and tandoori chicken, which were both delicious and had great, fresh textures. For our main entrées, we ordered butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, lamb vindaloo, vegetable bryiani kadai goat, naan, and of course, the shrimp flambe. All of them were extremely delicious, with great spices and tender textures, though the tikka masala and shrimp being a little disappointing (save for the show). There were generous portions, and the sauces went well with the enormous servings of garlic and cilantro naan. The service was also great; the server gave us recommendations and was very accommodating to our tastes. Overall, we’ll be back for more delicious, authentic Indian cuisine."

"Absolutely the best Indian food we've ever had anywhere! My husband and I had the pleasure of dining at Flambe India for the first time last night, and it was a great experience. Our dinner started with delicious appetizers of eggplant bhaji and flambe scallops. At the suggestion of our waiter, Tony, we had a fabulous lamb chop entree. Who knew that lamb chops could taste so wonderful?!? Cocktails were expertly mixed, service was impeccable, and both Tony and Peter took great care of us. We loved our dinner so much that we returned again for dinner the next night! Between the exquisite food and the warm, welcoming staff, Flambe India is an absolute gem! We will be going back again and again!"
