"Pulled up to the drive-through was supposed to be open till 11. I pull up at 10:30 actually 1022 and they said they were closed. I pulled away !! This is now the second time that I’ve been to this new Popeyes that they’ve been closed early on top of it. They do not have food that is on the menu has the time all I can say is poor management poor shift managers. Very poor restaurant experience will not be visiting this Popeyes or maybe no Popeyes from now on"

"I spent $40 on a meal for my family and I, and this is what we got! Called no one never answered the same night and the next day, if I could’ve gave it a zero stars I would’ve! Chicken was majority legs, very old and dry when it should’ve been a two can dine. I also ordered a 4 piece, received a 3 piece for that combo sides were all wrong as well ordered another 3 wing combo that isn’t even worth posting! Never again!!!!"

"IF THE BATHROOMS ARE FILTHY AND DISGUSTING, SO IS THE STAFF AND KITCHEN! It has been years since going to a Popeyes, and it might be many more years before I return again. The chicken finger combination would have been much better if the fingers were even hot, not barely room temperature. The worst part was walking into the men’s washroom. It was absolutely filthy and disgusting. The place was not busy at 3:00 PM during a Thursday afternoon, so there is no excuse. See actual pictures if you can stomach it. This is not acceptable in Gurnee Illinois. Give a thumbs up for this article and don’t go there."
