"I got a large Phillysteak sandwich for $14, what little meat was in there was burnt & overcooked & looked like scraps! They cut in half & open faced so the whole sandwich was all over the box!!! Fries were the only edible thing in my order! Never again."
"I really don't know what to call this experience. Cashier was just done with his life for the day, very impolite. Added bacon to the sandwich and got 1 strip but got charged a nice amount for it. Meat was so dry that I had to drink water after every bite. French fries were just not fresh at all. I also only got one slice of tomato on my sandwich. Just sad.. I don't know if it wasn't their day but I was disappointed by this experience."

"The food tasted good but the meat portion was poor and when I tried to order the Old School ($8.49) which comes with extra meat, they wanted to charge me more than what was advertised and couldn’t understand why I was asking about the price difference. They wanted to charge for the small cheesesteak ($7.49) and extra meat ($2.49)."
"Customer service mediocre, food messy sloppy and they just through condiments on my order without asking me that was not in the description of the food item. Not teriyaki sauce on my chicken teriyaki sandwich but lots of Mayo that I didn’t ask for that made it soggy. Would not recommend this location."
