"Worst experience yet at this Moto. I am disabled and have had assistance with fueling. Today Tim Esker told me they don't assist with anything other than putting your card in. He was horribly rude. When I asked his name he proudly yelled it out and told me to tell Darla whatever the beep I wanted. I explained I would be calling corporate to which he replied "call whoever the beep you want". This was only a part of the encounter. They should take the "if you need assistance" sticker off the pump bc they don't answer the phone number posted and don't respond to honk as sticker says. After refusing to help I explained I'd have to go elsewhere to which he replied "go wherever the beep you want". SMH"

"If I could give a zero I would I went in to get some shots and soda and the man with an oxygen tank asked for me and my friends id and my friend didnt have hers so we offered to show a picture of it to him and he said no we cannot take that but ive never had any moto refuse a picture of my id as proof that im twenty one so we had to go home to grab hers and drove ten minutes back to my house and back and got a new hot dog for my friend bc hers was cold and he said ok that's fine and we set our cards onto the counter he took them looked at them for a minute typed in the info then threw them back at us mine fell into the candy at the front of the counter and my friends fell onto the floor and i said that was so rude there was no reason to throw our cards at us and he said well you guys were giving attitude first and I said sir I set my card onto the counter and you threw ours at us that was so rude and he goes ok well i have the rights to refuse service to anyone bye and we grabs our cards and left in the worst mood because we wasted a half hour of our life just trying to get some shooters and soda and he acted like a complete fool for no reason"

"the oxygen deprived 90 year old manager made us drive 10 mins to get our ID then tossed the cards back at us and when we told him it was rude he told us he had the right to refuse service he is a b and a half with a shrimp dck"

"I love going to motomart because of certain employees! If you don't have a friendly staff with a good attitude it instantly puts you in a mood because you have to deal with their attitudes!! I love to make people laugh I love talking to anyone there's no such thing as strangers to me! There's a female that works there named Renee if that's correct spelling that is THE RUDEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEE THERE! SHE DOESN'T SPEAK TO YOU AT ALL NEVER SEE HER HAPPY ALWAYS FROWNING WITH ATTITUDE SO TODAY I TOLD HER ABOUT HERSELF! I WISH WHEN SHE WAS GONE ON MATERNITY LEAVE SHE WOULD OF STAYED GONE BECAUSE SHE DEFINITELY PUTS A DAMPER ON THE PLACE!"
