"Needs a bit of tidding up. Super slow no reason for there not to clean carpets and toilets. Someone should have had it done only 14 customers in the restaurant."

"I’ve been going to this location for 5 years and never had this bad of service. I ordered a drink and onion rings and waited over an hour for the onion rings. I was the first one to order out of my group and got my food last by 30 minutes. One person in my group didn’t even get his entire order and our waiter was nowhere to be found all night. The waiter had nothing but excuses all night on everything that went wrong. We had to ask multiple times for refills on our drinks and for the bills. The online ordering was broken and kept putting random peoples items on my tab. I asked for a paper check and to only pay for what I got and that took 20 minutes alone. I had my card ready and everything and the waiter left before I could hand it to him. I had to wait another 20 minutes to find him to give him the check back. I’ve never in my 5 years had such a bad experience at this location. The food was amazing as always just terrible service all around."

"Great experience on a Saturday night. Our server, Karla was very friendly and knowledgeable. Not too long of a wait to get seated or to get our food. Would definitely dine here again"

"Not a good experience. Our food arrived at different times. That's the worst! Everyone ate by themselves Slow service, in general, even with very few customers. Personally will not visit again. The best thing they have are the multiple TVs with sports playing. That's it. The wings were cheap and thin... Look at my pictures. It took 45 minutes to get all of our food... 15 boneless wings, 3 chicken fingers and a salad. I'm handicapped and could finish this in 10 minutes. Hmmm.... $60. You'll also see pictures of the missing silverware. Nice touch."

"The service and atmosphere on a Friday afternoon was good. Wings were cooked crispy the way I like them. Only negative is the wings looked malnourished. I don’t like the big steroid looking ones but some not all were ridiculously small with more bone than meet."
