"Ordered over a 100 dollars worth of food. Jumbo shrimp - only 5 in the order and they were small. AWE mac n cheese which was suppose to be extra large is actually extra small. From what we did order and taste - food is good. But for portion size and price, I just cannot justify it."

"I always like trying new places and I have been wanting to try Bourbon for quite some time. So I took the whole family out to try them out. On their website, they say that they are not fast food so it will take some time to prepare the food which was totally fine. My wife and I ordered the 3 meat combo and my kids and their friends had different BBQ sandwiches and one had a turkey sandwich. We had a variety of the sides from the mac and cheese, to the chili, fries and tacos. The taste if the food was really good but I was disappointed that when everything came out, after waiting because they said the food takes longer to prepare, all our meats were lukewarm or cold. That also included the kids sandwiches. So disappointed. I saw the chef and he was doing his table rounds with other customers to see how things were and when he came to our table, we let him know that the food tasted great BUT it was cold. He gave an explanation but if you are going to take the time to see how customers are doing and they give you feedback, it would have been nice to show some service recovery. But we just got an explanation of why food can come out colder. I am not a complainer but was disappointed that I took my family here, all for the first time and we had a bad experience. But like I tell my wife, you won't know unless you try. I'm sure people have great experiences here, ours just was not."

"My family of four loves this local gem! We had dinner here tonight, and it could not have been better- right along with the service! We loved the smoked chicken quesadilla, the 1/2 chicken, and the brisket sandwich! Delicious food and friendly staff. We have become regulars over the last two years, and that won’t be changing anytime soon."

"I’ve eaten a few times due to receiving a gift card. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The reason I’m writing this review is because we decided to get their catering for Thanksgiving and let me tell you if I could give them 10 stars, I would. First of all, the food is phenomenal. Super fresh and you can tell everything is made with love. The owner called us and said that he was not proud of the turkey he gave us and ended up giving us another whole turkey breast for FREE. I couldn’t believe how nice that was. The turkey he gave us was perfectly fine but he takes great pride in his food. Thank you thank you a million times."

"Absolute new favorite for bbq- everything is cooked wonderfully. Very easy to order and pick up. Great portion sizes is very hard to come by without losing quality, but they fulfill this."
