"Normally Great ribs. Today was the smallest most pathetic ribs I have seen in my life. The kicker was everyone else around had nice ribs....these look like riblets and McDonald's McRib sandwich is bigger ... Manager did replace them and tried to pull one over.... Brought me out new ones 15 minutes later, all cut up (said made new order to go by mistake), and they were the SAME ribs I previously had.... I won't be returning to this location."

"I’ve dined at The Patio restaurant’s other locations before. They have excellent burgers so I usually order their double cheeseburger and a side of fries or baked potato. This time I decided to change it up and ordered a half rack of ribs with a side salad ($1.00 Upcharge). My salad came first and was well prepared. When I began to eat there was an employee sweeping all around me as I was the only one in my section of the dining room. I went to complain to the manager who was busy counting cash but did attend to me and said he would talk to the employee. When I returned to my table and began to eat my ribs (Employee Was Still Sweeping In My Area Of The Dining Room), I noticed they were dry and the meat was tough and only got (5) bones. I thought a half rack has 6-8 bones but dared not complain again so instead just finished my meal and decided I won’t be back to this location in the future. My advice to The Patio restaurant management: Please ramp up your staff training from the mgmt down to the porters and have them realize that keeping the customer happy will secure the future of the business and their employment."

"Looking for someplace different. I had the lemon herb salmon with roasted vegetables and rice pilaf. My husband had the chicken oregano with fries and a side salad. Both came with a warm, crunchy piece of French bread. The salmon was flavorful and light. The vegetables were a bit salty, and the rice had an excellent flavor. The oregano chicken almost looked like bbq chicken. It was very moist and had a good flavor. Their deserts looked very good, but I'm trying to eat healthy. Loved the atmosphere and the booths. The workers were attentive, and food came fast. My husband's side salad was as big as a regular meal salad. Next time, I'm going to try the pulled pork. Good solid food, definitely will be back."
