"I love Arby's but won't be going back any more. I ordered online at work for our usual once a week lunch order. I went to the Arby's and they said they have no order showing. The manager just stood there talking with a coworker and told me they have nothing to do with the app. I said ok then what do I do about my order? They said they couldn't help. So I had to order the food again and pay in person twice because my coworkers were expecting food. Arby's hasn't offered any solution so I paid about $62 for a lunch for 3 people. Just an all around terrible experience."
