"I tried to give this location another try after previous orders were incorrect. I ordered an un-which and paid extra for turkey. Unfortunately there were only two slices along the lettuce. I wouldn't be so upset if you didn't charge $1.50 for extra. It almost seems as though less turkey was put on it than normal. The rest of the ingredients thankfully were correct"

"This location has literally gone completely down hill. You're no longer greeted when you walk in. Good luck ordering online and have them actually read the ticket. Does this look like extra lettuce on a garg? Such a shame, it's my closest Johns but I think I'll take my business down the road. I've literally waited my last ten orders to see if they'd improve, didn't happen. Maybe a bad crop of workers. Either way, I'll be taking a pass on this location for the next few months."

"just bought a bag of chips from store #629. The bag had already been opened & taped shut on the inside and outside to resell…And someone put another bag over it to conceal the tape…absolutely disgusting!! Called the store and the manager offered to replace my chips with a bag of their (likely tampered with) chips. Nothing else. FUTURE GUESTS - DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR FOOD TAMPERED WITH. I would give zero stars if I could. Attempted to email corporate and their email isn’t working. Tweeted at them and they did nothing. You are lucky my toddler didn’t eat any of the chips. I’d be pressing charges."
