"The reason for low service was because we went through the drive-thru and they forgot parts of the order, so there wasn't much interaction except that. The food was low because the soda pop was all seltzer and had no flavor syrup. The fries were barely warm and had little to no salt. I had asked for some sauce and received a different one.
