Spin Taco

"Yikes. I walk in to order dinner for my family on a Saturday at dinner time, and I'm the only person in there. No one in sight, not even employees. So, that's fine, mainly because my first thoughts in the door were like, oh this is perfect vibes, oh wow thank goodness it's clean and hip and has a regular taco menu, thankful for having another taco shop in this area... Not even noticing the lack of people yet. But no. The girl walks out from the back and says nothing, looks pissed. So I'm saying, hi hey how's it going?... NO RESPONSE. So I order. Okay everyone has bad days, fine. The cook walks out and makes the food, says nothing. No problem. I'm not trippin yet. Food was fast. I say, ok thanks, to the girl (no response agan...fine), so I say, THANKS GUYS, loud enough so the cook there five feet away will know it's for him too. He doesn't even turn around! I said it twice, two people standing there... Nothing..., now I feel embarrassed and pissed, and I'm almost sure I've completely inconvenienced these people by coming in the door. Like I interrupted a bad fight or something? Idk. But I left thinking I'm never coming back and that was so brutal. These better be the best tacos I've ever had. Even then I'll probably not come back. UPDATE... The tacos are actually so good. Like, honestly, I might give them a second chance on the customer service thing. But I'm still just so disappointed in that interaction. Food gets 3 stars, but deserved a 5 star, with a little friendlier environment. Just like, a touch. Service gets 1 star. I wish I could give zero. Now writing this is when I realized not one other customer came in for these amazing tacos at arguably the busiest time of the week for a restaurant. No take out orders even! Atmosphere gets 2 Stars, but again I would have given it a 5 if there was better service. Not to mention the owner, or some older guy just lurking in the back peeking out occasionally, not helping, not anything. Just lurking."

"Went in a few weeks ago for breakfast and I could tell the cook didn't care about the customers, food was still cold and undercooked, some was burnt. Wish I had better experience with the food but overall everything else including services were very nice and welcoming. I would definitely go back if there was a different cook."

"Idk I got the birria burrito with no onion but apparently they can’t read English cause my receipt said no onion but they must of thought extra cause that’s all I got was meat and onion almost no rice and a barely cooked tortilla. For $20 I won’t go there again. Disappointed"
