"We took our mower attachment that we bought at Barkers in because we needed a new seal. We called over 4 times to check on it and was informed that they had ordered or received the wrong seal and had to order again. We waited and when we called we asked about the bill but they didn’t have a total. Finally it was ready and was charged 1000.00. You would think at some point they could have called us. We literally could have almost bought a new one and probably would have. The seals didn’t cost much but we had to pay the labor for someone else’s mistake. Sad considering we bought it from them new 3 years ago. Wow! Never again."

"I emailed the store, I wanted to buy a piece of machinery. Nobody responded. I then called, they were busy and said somebody would call me back....They didnt..I called back 5 other times within a 1.5 week period. Each time they would not call me back..They could not even give me a price.. Nobody could make a decision. Very poor service here!"
