"Best customer service I’ve probably ever had. Decided to go on a lunch date with my 3 very young children. My 2 year old must have eaten too fast and got sick all over herself, me, and the table. One of the workers ran over to help and told me to not worry about a thing. She even helped clean up my 2 year old. The manager came over and was so incredibly sweet and extremely helpful as well. Even asked what my favorite, my kids favorite ice cream was and packed up a bunch of pints on the house! I’m not sure that I’ve experienced customer care even close to this - so unbelievably grateful for the amazing staff here."
"The manager was superior as always. The gentleman that took our order was nothing short of fantastic. "Day time Matt" was so kind, knowledgeable and patient with us ,as we had a lot of substitutions and questions. He handled everything with ease and offering welcome suggestions. I figured he had been there for years, come to find out it's only been 2 was. What a gem!"
"We often go to Culver's and today their special was a Reuben sandwich. I recommend you never order this expense sandwich. $11.99 basket meal. Horrible. The sandwich was a grease bomb. I don't know if they grilled the bread like a grill cheese but the whole thing was a disaster. The corn beefs thickness was like saran wrap. The amount of meat on the sandwich was like 7 pieces, I'm being nice. How did they prepare the corn beef no idea but the thickness like I said is super thin, thinner than bacon. I'm assuming they fried it like bacon because greasy as heck and it wasn't fully cooked, you could tell by pulling out a sliver. The swiss cheese wasn't melted. Tells you the temperature of the meat was not proper. The sauerkraut not hot. Sauce not hot and too much. The sandwich was a greasy room temperature mess. It didn't satisfy my appetite. Reuben sandwiches the thickness of the meat slice is like a gyro and generous with the amount of slices. Swiss cheese is completely melted and the sauerkraut is hot too. The bread is not to be a soggy mess that it falls apart. Some of your hamburger baskets and Cod baskets, need to cut back on the grease. Meaning pat the grease off before serving. Maybe go to Arby's and see how they are done before you start serving at your place. Yeah I know there are management on duty but I'm done talking to managers who are to afraid to please the customer."
"They have the best service here in the area. Very polite, prompt which in return is super fresh food, and generous. Thank you for awesome leadership because the employees are awesome here! Keep up the great work."
"Grabbed an evening meal on the way back to our place. The service was quick and the food tasted great. I got the Atlantic Cod sandwich with some cheese curds and they were delicious."
