"I would not visit again.. on my receipt it says CAJUN fries and they still on purposely didnt season them.. then the employees laugh loud like hyenas.. compared to this location and Downers Grove one, Downers grove wins it hands down. Goofy restaurant with goofy stoned workers. Did not feel welcomed, plus they made me season my own fries instead of just making the correct ones i originally ordered. Not a clean cut flow.. definitely expected better when coming to five guys. Left quite disappointed."

"Had carry out. The young man who took my order was great. Repeated everything back to me and was genuinely friendly and made me feel very welcome. The cooks engaged me while I waited n great conversation. A great carry out experience. Food was also on par!"

"It’s Five Guys. Their burgers are amazing. I don’t know who the cook was today but I swear my burger was bigger than it has ever been even with three patties. Don’t judge me lol. But staff was so friendly when I walked in. Seems simple but I work in customer service, to feel welcome sets the tone"

"This is one of my favorite burgers but I don’t eat here often. First off, the double cheeseburger is around 1,100 calories but man is it good. Price is high, $16 with drink no fries. I get it all the way. Boy is it good. Service is good but the burger takes a bit to create. It’s not high volume assembly. Care gets put into it. Interior is very functional and clean. I like clean but no one comes here for the ambiance. Rock-n-roll is piped over the speakers. Bathroom was immaculate and everything worked and was tip top. Parking is easy and I’d have thought lunchtime in this location would be crowded. It is not. Did I mention the burger is good?"
