"I have been going to this location since it opened several years ago. My past three visits have been the best. They must have changed the process/recipe for the bread used for the sandwiches since they are now much softer than they used to be. I can actually chew my sandwich rather than just eat the meat and toppings. The Jersey Shore is my favorite!!!"

"I submitted an online order to pick up, because I needed food fast before heading to an appointment. Not sure if there is a problem with their online order system or the people fulfilling the order, but there were problems with pretty much everything I ordered. We customized the sandwich orders and none of the customizations were done (lettuce when we requested no lettuce, peppers were missing when we added peppers). I ordered chips which were not included. I ordered a root beer and received a cream soda. I'm not going down to 1 star, b/c the food was ready quickly. And despite not being exactly what we ordered, the food was tasty."

"Ordered online for pick up and didn’t realize the bread on the two giant subs I bought were rock hard until after I got home. I guess I’m confused as to why staff thought it was okay to make and send out an order with overcooked crispy bread like that. Honestly disappointed."

"Got the Kahana sub to eat in. It was delicious as usual. Jersey Mike's is my go to sub shop. Service was great the manager and staff were very friendly and funny. I did order the chicken Kahana and they cooked me a steak Kahana instead but it's all good. It was delicious. All the tables were a bit dirty they should wipe down every once in a while for dine in customers."
