"I love getting good food especially with being able to use coupons"
"Not from the area and visited this location for lunch. The parking lot ground seems like a war happened , it's so destroyed. The inside on a hot day was hot and musty like no air flow was happening. The food was much greasier then what I'm used to and even my kids didn't eat as much as they usually do. My wife just got some onion rings and pretty much threw it all in the garbage. Overall , not a great experience and would probably never return unless the entire place was totally redone."
"Slow drive thru service . I pull up and no one says anything till i say something. Took forever for my order to be received. Took over 20 mins to not recieve a number 10 . Really ! This is suppose be fast food. Employee working very slow while being rude! Corporate i hope you are reading!!!After waiting for so long i asked for a refund and the young lady took my receipt and didnt even process it . I was in a rush and left without food or money back . There was 4 other people were waitint . The young lady even droped a bag of food and nuggets fell out . She replaced the nuggets but it is still nasty that she left the rest of the food there and didnt replace the bag . IM DONE WITH BK NEVER GOING AGAIN. So called manager was there and she didnt do or say anything . We asked when will the food be ready ans young lady said when its out . The most rude way to say it"
"Not good.. bathroom and hall leading to bath are gross. I asked for no tomato.. got tomato. Light on condiments like lettuce. Four picles so small hardly tasted them."
