"Works with a finance company called Westlake Financial, a predatory auto loan company. Please do your research before doing any business with this dealer and research your lender. My family member was scammed big time. Adding to review on Nov 4, 2023 --added after the response from below, since he called and threatened family member to have the review removed. This is just a mere warning to others who choose to buy here, research your lender. After sending payments to lender , they would say the payment was not processed ( when in fact it was). The car was repossessed even when car was up to date in payments and payments were made ahead of due date. One payment was late by 10 days, after communicating with dealer he said he would work with her. This was untrue, because it gave him the option to buyback the vehicle through the lender at a reduced price. After communicating with lender , they said he had the option to refuse buyback and have her resume the accout. She lost money from her trade in along with any money she put into that vehicle. The vehicle also quit working with the first month of owning it. The dealer says he doesn't work with them anymore, but I feel its necessary to help others not to have to deal with this headache. Also threatening for a removal of a review is a horrible way to go about things."
