"HORRIBLE! First the one answering the phone has a horrible attitude. Second have to add my own BBQ bc wingstop send mine dry. Third No Ranch. Forth the fries are disgusting. Fifth a hair on my wings. Six I call to get my money back bc I didn’t ask for hair on my food But they never answered… i had to go in took the food back along with the hair… Horrible experience. Won’t be going back."
"Giving a 4 star because the food was nicely done, they made everything exactly how I asked and put all 3 of my ranches in my bag as well. Fresh and hot, definitely appreciate the “attention to detail” and instructions. Only thing was that one of the cooks stopped and talked on her phone and didn’t care that I saw her but she didn’t have gloves on while doin so and washed her hands, so I guess that didn’t bother me to much just be courteous about being seen on the phone by customers"
