"We placed an order for delivery online. Ordering process was straightforward, standard American Chinese menu. Delivery was quick and driver pleasant. Food was average. Clean, well cooked, met expectations for what we ordered, but somewhat bland (general sou’s definitely NOT spicy). One thing that I would say is better than average was is the crab meat rangoons."
"This is the best Chinese restaurant in Lake Zurich. Every dish is really authentic, great cooks in the back! Highly recommend."
"This has been my favorite Chinese place for years but something has changed. My egg foo young last month was tasteless and greasy. Yesterday I ordered pot stickers and they were awful. Dough was heavy, thick, and almost hard. Difficult to bite into. The filling was tasty but scarce. $10 wasted. Hot and sour soup is always very good but this time it was sweet. Yech. Egg rolls were very good. Don’t know what has happened here."
"My first time checking out this place. Food was good, price for lunch was good ! Plenty of parking. I will definitely be going back to try more dishes. Thank you !"
"This Chinese restaurant serves both traditional Chinese food and American Chinese food. You can probably find three other American Chinese places as you drive up south rand road, but if you are a little fluent with Chinese, it's kind of like being able to being able to access their "hidden" menu. It looks like they changed their menu quite a bit recently. There are fewer options for chicken on the menu, and more for seafood when eating in. I'd try the Kou Dai Tofu (Koh Die), which is wood ear, snow peas, carrots and silky tofu orbs that carry an explosion of taste covered in a familiar seafood sauce. Their pickled pepper and fish soup is also something our family frequently gets. All very tasty."
