"Was unable to complete shopping because the bathroom closes 1hr before the store closes. Almost pissed in my car before i was able to arrive at a bathroom at a different location."
"There is almost zero reason to come to this location anymore. The store has very little clothing now, most of the floor space is filled with extremely run down furniture at exorbitant prices. The overall prices at this store have been way too high for the city and the products for a long time now, but today they seemed even higher. The shelves that used to be packed with housewares to dig through are now half filled, some not even half filled. The manager was at the checkout. Didn’t say hello, didn’t bother to ask me if I had a rewards number. And just started ringing up the next person before I even got my stuff back into the cart. Didn’t offer any paper for the glassware, and no bags. Also the carts are no longer able to leave the store due to the addition of tall pols to prevent them from fitting through the doorway. So I had to juggle multiple pieces of glass and a very heavy item out to the car in one trip. If I had more stuff I would have felt uncomfortable comfortable leaving it in the store and making multiple trips to the car. If you’re planning on buying more than you can carry, bring help. Read the other low reviews because they are 100% accurate."
"I've tried to shop here years past, even donated stuff, but I'm done. They're selling broken items, disgusting/bad shape furniture for astronomical prices. This stuff is DONATED, how dare you charge prices like we're in Chesterfield and the pieces are worth it. This is dumpster diving but you have to pay for it. I do not recommend and will not be back unless y'all wanna get your act together. Disrespectful behavior. Y'all should be ashamed. $150 for a disgusting old couch. $100 for a disgusting seat? $40 for a print of some art? SHAMEFUL"
"This place has a nice variety of items to look through that are organized pretty well. Their stuff is priced a bit higher than I’d prefer but I always leave with home decor, kitchenware, and clothes I’m happy with. Would recommend for sure!"
