"It was clean and maybe too fast? I saw a stack of all the sides in cups with lids. I went around 1:30/2. Please scoop it from a heated container fresh. My Mac and cheese was lasagna. I couldn’t stir it. It did taste ok - I bet better when fresh. My potatoes tasted like plastic. But the chicken was the real winner. It was hot fresh crunchy and delicious! I’d try it one more time for fresher sides! I saw the fries sitting in the bin, I decided not to try those as they didn’t look fresh."

"Saturday Feb 3 around 4 PM. The service itself was horrible, and I get it because my work consist of customer service but everyone there looks miserable. Tables were dirty. Got 9 pieces and we paid for 10. The chicken itself was pink or undercooked. 0/5 I don’t like leaving reviews like this but this was so unprofessional. You’re better off going to Popeyes because the sides here are so small a spoonful is worthless"

"This was our first time ever going to a Jollibee Restaurant. The layout and design was well executed. There is enough parking space for everyone. Both inside and outside of the restaurant is clean. The employees were friendly, helpful, respectful and very informative on their products. The selection is good especially for those who aren’t picky eaters. We enjoyed our food and will be returning again soon to get some more chicken."

"I have always enjoyed Jollibee, food has always been amazing. Spaghetti and the chicken. My kids love the pies, unfortunately, it's so limited, it was not a lot left at that time and the other flavor isn't available. The service was a bit slow, i have watched my order sat there for a good 20 minutes while the others get their order filled up. Maybe and hopefully there is a faster way for the line up because there were a lot of people and i literally waited at least 40 min. Place has been so busy so it was kinda tight and a bit claustrophobic. It was clean, though. Service has been awesome and I can see the supervisor is trying to do what she can to speed up the process of the orders. A lot have been waiting for a while. Maybe at that time the people working were new or Trainees. I mean they are polite and all... just need to up the speed coz it's really slow."

"The best fried chicken I’ve ever had! The chicken was juicy and tender with a crunchy exterior! The spice was a perfect amount of heat. The peach mango pies tasted very fresh and delicious. The pineapple mango drink was tasty and refreshing. I will be back very soon for more!"
