"Update: Food wasn't ready until about 20-30 minutes later, and the crust was soggy! Really disappointed from before, not sure if we want to come back unless if they fix this One of the best pizzas I've ever had"

"I want to give this spot 5 stars, but I just can't. I figured there would be growing pains when they opened, but it's been a few years now. They constantly fail to cut the pizza even when I call the manager to request it on my order. They can't follow the most basic of directions. I called in an order because their app doesn't work, and the kid on the phone told me they can't redeem rewards points on the phone. I told him I'll try again on the app, and if it doesn't work I'll order from somewhere else. He said ok, and had no issue losing business. My wife and kids were set on deep dish, so I called back asked for the manager who said they can absolutely redeem points over the phone. I'm giving 3 stars because the pizza is hot and fantastic when delivered, but they can't seem to train their staff properly and can't follow basic directions like cutting pizza."

"The ingredients are fully Lou's, so delicious! This location, though, is still learning how to bake the pies. It opened this year and we've ordered 4 times now (we missed having our Lou's pizza from our other neighborhood). Each time was different. It is always soggy and under done, once was completely doughy through all but the edge. I decided to request well done on our last order to compensate. We ended up with a rock-hard waaaay over done pie. Take your chances or chose a different location until they get the hang of things. We will try again maybe in 6 months or so since it is very close."

"Called 17:45 arrived at 18:35, still wasn’t ready, deep dish comes with nylon topping I guess shown in picture below, worst ever deep dish I had. Thin crust pizza was ok but still why pay 17$ when you can get same for 5.99 at domino’s. Will not order again, was very happy to this location just across the road from my home, disappointed."

"So excited to get one near home but have ordered 4-5 times since they opened and have been disappointed every time. App will say it’s ready, wait a long time after going in and paying for them to bring it out. Staff very disheveled and disorganized (thought maybe a learning curve at beginning but 2 months later same thing) Pizza crusts always too blond and under-cooked. Today crust was wet (left off behest to avoid this) Sausage tastes old. Not the same as other Lou locations. Bummer **update: The manager of the store contacted me after I posted this review and asked me to give them another chance, offered me a free pizza, and told me to contact him directly when I was ready to order it because they do have new ovens and they do have a lot of issues with undercooked crusts. Happy to report that I did as he asked, and got the pizza that I always was hoping they would make. All I have to do is contact him directly every time I want to order a pizza to make sure it’s cooked correctly"
