"Be aware this location has rude and dishonest staff. I arrived here last night, just prior to 8pm, to dine in with my family. I got to the door and the employee locked the door right in front of us, and waved us away, saying their lobby was closed. However, there was still a couple customers inside and very clearly labeled and written online that restaurant hours end at 10pm. I did not even bother going through the drive thru, I took my business elsewhere. Very disappointed in Wendy’s by this experience."

"Why allow carryout orders when all the doors are locked? 3rd time now I've paid for an placed an order for pick up (not drive thru) and all the doors are locked. So I've paid for 3 meals now without getting anything, what a horribly run Wendy's location...."

"Gave this location about 10 times.. and it's just consistently bad quality food in comparison to every other Wendy's. Always soggy and rarely correctly seasoned ghost pepper fries (like they forget to mix the sauce before putting it on?) ... ghost pepper chicken sandwich is always soggy, one time literally dripping wet, and 2 times it didn't even have sauce on it. Every other Wendy's is leagues better. Worth it just to go a little out of the way to get food from a different location."

"I think we all can agree that it's easy for Fast Food workers to try and push a customer out for the sake of speed. Will whom was making my food was the exception to the typical employee. I ordered the Nacho Spicy Chicken sandwich. They had to make more chicken. He was kind enough to come to the window to give me the option of doing a regular chicken or wait for the spicy chicken. He also seemed genuinely apologetic for the potential wait time. I did decide to wait for the Spicy Chicken (i think its better seasoned) Will came out with the food himself and was very kind to me. If he is not a manager please offer him training to become one as he is a high value asset to your restaurant. I will be returning this location again because of him."
