"Was the best subway I ever had. The lady that prepared it did not skimp. The best!!!"

"The only thing I get here lately is a BLT. When you order from the screen at the drive-thru, it can be a little confusing because it asks if you want lettuce, bacon, tomato (amongstall the other ingredients).... never sure if that's in addition to or not..... once, a young man did ask what I wanted before he made the sandwich. This time.....I got bread with mayo and bacon..... how does that even make sense?"

"So they were super busy and I did hear them say they were slammed but I did an online order and it was supposed to be ready at 735pm but it wasn’t ready until 800pm. Clearly there was frustration with at least one team member which probably didn’t help move more efficiently. It just took way too long. Food was fine but waiting so long just makes you feel like you should get more. Went again on a Saturday and the online pick up order was 15 minutes late and again I was late for my event. Plus cheese was wrong in one sub and one was toasted when it should not have been."

"Went there today ordered 2 footling Italian and ask to have them toasted She told me she couldn't toast them cause it's not on the menu! I said the people in front of me had theirs toasted She said since she's a nice person she would toast them.went to pay and gave the cashier a coupon which was buy a foot long and get a foot long free she said she couldn't take coupon and we asked why??? She didn't know we told her to throw the sandwiches in the garbage and we will never come back"

"Ordered 3 sandwiches online only 1 sandwich was made right. Called store to complain and was told they have a lot of orders and probably mixed them up. Could not replace only if I went back out again. Calling the day manager in morning because the girl I talked to wasn’t even sure if she was their nite manager."
